By the time students get done with their core classes, they are pretty worn out. Since I am an elective class, I want them to be comfortable and feel welcome while learning some really cool things!! Making it different and more exciting than traditional classrooms. When we are learning about the necessary content for culinary, it can get a little boring waiting for the lab portion. I want to make them more comfortable while doing the less exciting part of the lesson. I believe the more comfortable we all are in the space, the better off the outcome and attention.

About my class
