I have a busy fourth and fifth grade multiage classroom of 20-25 students in a rural town in Maine. We have limited funding and resources to meet all of our students' needs. Our students learn better when they can move. Although we do frequent motor breaks, it's still hard to stay seated the majority of the day...We are currently looking for solutions through flexible seating to help our active bodies stay active, engaged and moving in the classroom...Physically and academically!
