Help me give my students the things they need to be successful this school year. My students especially need resources to support them with letter identification, letter sounds, and rhyming. The resources for the letter sounds will help my students learn how to sound out words in order to write stories as the same goes with the letter identification resources. If they students do not know their letters or sounds then they will not be successful writers in the future. The Jurassic Adventure STEM Learning kit would be an amazing resource for my students to use to support them when practicing these skills. Some of my students are fascinated with fossils and dinosaurs and seeing that we cannot go on field trips yet because of Covid-19, this would be the next best thing for them to learn about dinosaurs. I need your help to get materials in the hands of my students as we continue to learn virtually. My students come from low income families where they do not have access to simple resources such as pencils or paper. In order for them to be successful learners they need resources for them to use at home. At our academy, we engage our students with hands-on learning activities. Our students lack these learning activities in their homes. It is important for them to have access to the resources they need in order to learn at home virtually. All of these kits will be used on a rotational basis at home under the guidance during my intervention time with each student. We will continue to use these resources in the classroom when we come back face-to-face to provide a continuum learning.
