Trying to help our school move towards a technology driven site, we have recently moved to a 1:1 school district with Chromebooks but we do not have a true space for students to collaborate together. Having these spaces in the Library will help us meet that need. Our Library is a great space for students to come during class and breaks to read, relax and work together. While we have spots for students to work together there is no space that truly uses technology and these tables will allow that. Technology is the future of education, please help us get there at our site! I would like funding for 3 Mediaspace tables to be placed in the Library. These tables will give students the ability to use their Chromebooks to share information and collaborate on one common screen while using their own devices. Most of our curriculum is based around technology integration and collaboration. Having these tables will make doing both of those things much easier for the students.
