Many of our students absolutely love what our band program stands for and what we do. Unfortunately, many of them do not have the household funds to purchase instruments. Over the past three years I have had over 180 students sign up for band and some have to quit because they cannot afford an instrument. Having these musical instruments will help the students stay focused in school and inspire them to reach new heights in their lives. Our band program teaches love, structure, discipline, positivism, teamwork, respect, and much more. If our students were blessed with an instrument, they would be elated and enjoy school so much more and become more goal oriented.
