The materials that I have selected will aid in delivering virtual instruction for my students while teaching remotely. Prior, I taught in a hybrid learning model. The hybrid learning model consists of teaching two groups of students in person for four days of the week. Being proactive, my district is preparing for all teachers to deliver virtual instruction. Through meeting with virtual teachers and gaining insights in how to effectively reach and teach students, I have selected these items to aid in my virtual teaching experience: a computer monitor, a screen splitter, a HDMI cord, and a wireless headset. The second monitor along with the screen splitter and HDMI cord will be used to extend my screen to teach and see all of my students throughout our instructional day via Zoom. The wireless headset will allow for me to move and participate in our movement breaks, as well as allow me to listen and speak to all my learners. I am thankful for all the support received and given.
