I am a special education teacher at an elementary school where I teach preschool. My students have various disabilities including autism, cognitive impairment, developmental delays, speech or language impairment and other health impairments. For most, this is their first formal school experience and as such I create a classroom environment which encourages learning and development through guided play in high interest learning centers.
