Currently, our students are using a school classroom as their workshop to build robots. This room was not built or designed for this purpose. The current cabinet space is not designed to hold large, heavy metal parts. At this time, the current wood cabinets are pulling apart due to the extreme weight of the parts. This is causing an unsafe working environment for the students involved. Student safety is always a priority. By receiving a more secure storage cabinet, one that is built to hold heavy objects, it will ensure a safe working environment not only for all students involved, but also for adults or anyone else who enters the room.
