Since my students are so low, I can use BrainPOP to gradually help my students understand concepts they didn't get when they should have, for whatever reason. Most kids don't learn from lectures, they learn from fun, interactive tools. They also learn from each other. BrainPOP allows fun interaction with each other while learning skills they need from previous grades, as well as current grade level standards. BrainPOP would be a great addition to my small groups, and whole classroom activities, as we work together and have fun learning. I love creating games and interactive activities; this would give me a much larger library to assist my kids, both struggling and not struggling. I love them all, and they know it. I tell them every day, even at 8th grade. By giving them every opportunity to grow and learn, they start to see that they can do it. They gain confidence in themselves and then strive for more. iI's amazing how one little click can launch them into great educational success.
