Learning information about computer science being applied in the workforce will allow me to better prepare my students for applying for this type of work. It will also allow me to help get more students prepared to get into an area where there are so many unfilled jobs. This will allow my students who are currently at a poverty level to succeed. I plan on using this workshop to enhance what I already teach and continue to work harder towards getting students more excited about going towards a computer science related career. These students already have so much excitement about this area, I just want to make them even more excited.

About my class
