In my Kindergarten classroom, we are preparing to be tomorrow's leaders! I strive to facilitate learning and critical thinking through inquiry-based instruction, student collaboration, and engaging resources. Our school has a high percentage of children living in poverty and students learning English for the first time. Instilling the belief they can do ANYTHING they put their minds to is the reason I do what I do! The students' diverse backgrounds allow many opportunities for them to practice open-minded communication, empathy, and conflict-resolution, all of which will be critical skills in their adult lives. With your support, I plan to enrich their world one project at a time!
