I teach approximately 120 students in grades 9-12. My classes are Physics (11th and 12th) and introductory physical science. Valley View is a small rural school district on the outskirts of Dayton, OH. About 400 students attend the high school, and another 100 attend the regional career and technical center programs. This is a close-knit community, based strongly in small-town and farming lifestyles. One of my goals in working with all of my students is to expose them to current technologies for solving society's challenges.
