At Liberty, we are an agriscience school. We work on projects that are related to agriculture. In 2nd grade, we discuss pumpkins, farming, planting, and also poultry. In the spring we discuss poultry lifecycles, embryo development in the egg, and animal husbandry. Our students get to candle, hatch, and watch chickens and ducks grow. They learn all the ins and outs from egg to chick and egg to duckling.
