Books are a wonderful way to help my students learn in a fun way. There are varied levels of books and book readings. The "Touch and Feel" books will help my children learn and explore the feel of different textures. Also, what better way to engage a preschooler with a visually enriching, sound producing book. It provides an unique way of learning animal sounds. My beginner communicators can learn to imitate animal sounds by pressing the button and build on their language or receptive skills. "Lift-the-Flap" books are a delight. They provide an element of surprise. These books give an opportunity to use language by taking turns to lift the flap of the book, naming the animals, colors, and shapes.
