With our ever-changing society and access to technology, we use and implement programs to challenge, assess, and support our students, from our most academically needy friends to our students working well above their grade level. With access to headphones for each individual student, they can focus on lessons and assignments for short periods of time daily without distraction, allowing their teacher (me) to work in small groups throughout the classroom to meet individual learning needs. Providing a classroom space that meets varying student needs is the goal of every teacher. With additional materials to support individual learning, I will be able to meet those needs and goals much more effectively.
