There are numerous ways that the students in my classroom will be able to use the LCD Boogie Board writing tools. The students at my school are very reluctant to use paper and pencil all day long. These Boogie Boards will provide them with a more engaging way to practice tasks such as math facts, spelling words, reading comprehension questions and many other things. Each day, I work with small reading and math groups based on their proficiency in different areas. The students will use the boards to show their understanding of the skills that we are working on. The students will use these boogie boards in small cooperative groups centers throughout the day. The Boogie Boards LCD writing tablets will provide students with an engaging way to practice reading and math skills in my classroom. They will provide students with a different strategy, other than paper and pencil, to complete work. These tablets will reduce the amount of paper used in my classroom and teach students about being responsible for our environment. They will provide an additional center in my classroom for word work activities.
