We have a wonderful 3rd grade classroom where learning is exciting. The students are engaged in every lesson and come to school ready to learn. We have had the opportunity to incorporate watershed lessons that tie with environmental education this year. We have explored the history of water usage in our town, Paso Robles, and the importance of of being responsible water users. We have incorporated our Next Generation Science Standards to learn about the life cycle of trout and how they migrate and adapt to challenges in their environment. We have had the opportunity to use technology to continue to advance learning into the 21st century with Google Classroom and ST Math. Our classroom is full of eager 8-9 year olds with a natural curiosity for the world around them. 3rd grade at Kermit King is the best place in the world to be!
