My kindergarten classroom is a place where my students come to learn but also to feel safe, loved, comfortable and wanted. Many of my students struggle with attention issues and behavior challenges and need a comfortable and flexible place to learn. By providing flexible seating options for my students we can help them build a love for learning in a comfortable setting. Often my students are unable to sit still and focus in a traditional classroom setting with tables/desks and chairs. These balance balls, pillows, rug, bean bags, and jelly fish seats will help those students who find it hard to focus in traditional seating options. By providing students with flexible seating choices we can reduce distracting behaviors and create a positive environment for learning. I strive to instill a love of learning at an early age!

About my class
