The materials I have picked out for the classroom will help foster their learning. I focused on math, science and literacy! I picked out a scale for measuring that comes with materials to compare along with cards telling them what to weigh. For literacy I chose a talking pencil that has letter books to help them learn their letters. The kids will improve their skills using the new materials. We will use them in centers and in small and large group activities. I can't wait to see them engaged in the new materials and being excited to open the boxes as they arrive to the school.
