These books will continue to enhance the classroom library that we want to create. Students have developed an interest in learning more about the indigenous community and committed to continuing to build knowledge on the community and their struggles. Students will treat the books with love and respect as we know that the future students will also engage in learning about the same communities. We will be reading this book during one of our quarters and will help students engage with rigor in the given content. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve student engagement but also deepen their understanding of indigenous people.
