I am requesting flexible seating options for my students. By having alternative seating options, students are able to pick the seat that is best for their learning. By allowing them to choose their seating, I am also able to teach them about making good choices and how that can affect their learning. Having seat mats and stools will help students when sitting at the carpet, stability balls will allow them to move as they need at their desk, but it also will not interfere with their learning. By donating to our classroom, you will be helping our learning environment by giving students more choice. By giving students more choice, students are able to take more ownership of their education. Taking ownership allows these children to learn responsibility, and this is preparing them for their future!
