Early elementary learners are known for their active minds and bodies. Several of my first grade students would benefit from flexible seating, such as wiggle chairs and wobble cushions, in order to help maintain focus during instructional time. Please consider donating to help my active students become even more successful during the first years of elementary school. I have witnessed firsthand the difference that flexible seating can make for students who struggle with hyperactivity and maintaining attention and focus. We would utilize the flexible seating throughout the day, including during our writing time. The writing journals will help the students to develop their writing voice during their first grade year. Our sweet, helpful, and adorable first grade class would be extremely grateful for any assistance that can be given to help reach the goal of more flexible seating options.
