These supplies will be used by all students of the school to creatively express themselves through color, line, and shape. Students will do a variety of projects all year long including making self portraits, learning about landscapes and animals, and connecting their art to classroom learning objectives. Younger students will develop skills including cutting and tracing, while all students will develop their imaginative thinking. Students will study and create pieces inspired by famous artists. They will express themselves in ways words will not allow. Students will also reach out to the community with their art including making Valentine's day cards for veterans in our city.
