Visuals are key to successful transitions in preschool. With access to a printer, I could create classroom visuals to ensure success for all my students. Visual schedules are implemented to help special ed students seamlessly transition through their day. Many of our students are non-verbal or cannot process a verbal command such as "sit down", with a visual symbol to show the student, I will be able to successfully communicate with my students and they can also communicate back with me. Along with a printer, everyday supplies such as glue and paint, would help the creative minds in my preschool classroom. With limited budgets this year our school system cannot supply our classrooms with the necessary equipment needed for projects and learning.
