The goal of my classroom is to create a space that is safe and welcoming to all types of learners with all types of abilities. This could mean Unifix cubes for a more hands on activity, a wobble cushion to help regain focus, or a sensory break with kinetic sand to assist a student that could feel overwhelmed. By equipping my classroom with manipulatives, fidget tools, and sensory aids, students will have access to learning approaches that build their confidence. Having these tools will give them the support they need in areas that could have hindered them in the past. It will give them the support they need to excel in the future.

About my class
