In my classroom, my students have access to differentiated learning through i-Ready. This online program creates lessons based off of each individual student's ability in reading and math. With all of my students being at different levels in reading and math, it is crucial that I have small group and teacher led instruction so that I can give each student the attention that they need. By having one pair of headphones for each student, they will be effectively engaged in their learning environment; helping me to have better classroom management while I pull my small groups.
