The Chromebooks for the classroom will assist with downloading apps and programs appropriate for the students. They will allow for better visibility with the screen size in which we have several students with impaired vision. We want to incorporate Living Books into our reading curriculum that can supplement our current Unique Learning Systems curriculum. During our lessons, we will have access to a flash application which enables videos to play. At this time, we are unable to watch videos that build extensions to the lessons. With the Chromebooks, our classroom will further improve the learning experience for our students. In addition, we would like to give the students and parents an opportunity to participate in a lending computer program for home. This allows for parent involvement with student learning.
