I always appreciated the process of interacting with the students. Often I wanted to document what they say for me to remember to help them with any difficult content or take them deeper into the content. I want to help my student hear me, oftentimes I have to repeat myself which causes unnecessary strain on my voice and a degree of agitation due to our older buildings poor acoustics. I feel like when people pause and wait for something it the magnitude of what they say is so much more profound. They had a moment to really know what they say will be heard and recorded and may come back at a later date to help teaching and learning. I would love to document our conversations daily as well as help students engage with the content by having fun. So having a QBall will help in this regard. Also with the varying needs of my students some with auditory processing issues. Some with varying degrees of hearing loss any type of audio enhancement to help my students' education can cause them to gain more insight into our STEAM world. The speakers would be to help everyone hear everything around them including each other.
