Having more technology would afford my students the opportunity to compete educationally in today's world. Technology is paramount in achieving a successful education today. It allows students to learn on a global level and establish international connections. For example, I was able to win 5 ipads for my students to utilize in class and my students truly benefited from it. I was able to do more interactive activities with my students with added technology. However, my classes tend to be 27 plus so having 9 computers total was not enough for all of my students to enjoy the technology as a class. I had to break my lessons down into stations so that my students would be able to benefit from the added technology at least once a week. More technology would give me the resources I need to create an interactive classroom. Students learn better when it's hands on and engaging and they love technology so why not infuse it into our daily lessons to get the students excited about learning!
