I am a lower elementary Montessori teacher at a small rural school. My classroom is a warm and caring community of multi-age students. My goal as the leader of this community is not only to provide my students with tools for educational success but to foster a lifelong love of learning. By providing a stimulating environment, my students are free to explore and research topics of interests through a variety of learning experiences. These experiences are tailored to meet the needs and interests of my students. In ensuring that my students are provided with the best learning opportunities, I ensure that they learn to face and persevere through challenges to find their own place in the world around them.
