I am requesting HP Chromebooks, mice, and headphones to help my scholars become more successful. We currently use programs in the classroom called i-Ready and Accelerated Reader for reading and math. Accelerated reader is used to help scholars focus on reading comprehension and vocabulary. I-Ready focuses on phonics and challenging skills in both reading and math. "Technology can become the "wings" that will allow the educational world to fly farther and faster than ever before- if we will allow it". By adding these Chromebooks to our classroom, my scholars will have more chances to access technology. This will give every scholar the opportunity to access the computer using both programs throughout the learning day. This project will help tremendously in providing my scholars to tools they need to be successful!
