My students need an iPad Pro and Apple pencil to help me support them during distance learning and also when we are lucky enough to go back to school. The iPad Pro and Apple pencil will allow me to create learning materials and videos that will be engaging and interactive for my students. I will also be able to assess my students remotely. I will be able to create digital posters, mark up books, do interactive writing lessons and so much more. These are all things I am unable to do now with my students while we are currently not in the classroom. I will also be able to use the pencil to assess their work on Google Classroom and give meaningful feedback (that is also colorful and engaging). The powerful camera will also allow me to video chat with my students and keep in touch with them emotionally. When students will be able to fully return to school, the iPad Pro will allow both the teacher and students flexibility in the classroom and learning process. I will be able to move around and give notes from anywhere in the classroom instead of being stuck in one area which will allow me to manage behavior better, be more engaging, and give my students access to me at any time.
