My students need games and activities that they have not yet been exposed to. Students are tired of playing the same games year after year. Spike ball is a fun game that most students have not yet played. It allows students to think about strategy while staying engaged in a physical fitness unit. Spike ball could be played inside or outside. It would allow student to see the connection of sports and life long learning and fitness. Spike ball can be easily take to the park and the beach. It can be played with as few as 2 or as many as 4.
