I can’t wait to provide my students with relatable books and magazines to read. I encourage my 12th graders to read for fun, but I often find it difficult to keep high interest material on my shelves. With your help, I can provide multiple copies of high interest works for my students to enjoy. In addition, with more than one copy of each book or magazine, I can incorporate literature circles and book clubs into my lessons. Students with similar interests can share in the enjoyment of reading together and then they can later discuss their opinions and compare what they get from each piece of literature.
