These materials will enhance my teaching and hook my kiddos! By having these materials, I can teach to my kids passions and interests. For the black lights and glow items, I plan to use them for my spy lesson/unit on parts of speech - they will need to solve many clues which will pertain to nouns, verbs and adjectives. The aprons will be for the cooking lessons which will be for our writing how to's.... - How to make slime! The construction outfits will be used for our lesson on geometry where kids will assemble, identify and disassemble shapes in style. The pirate theme will be for our word study. I want my kiddos leaving my lessons always wanting MORE. This will enable the excitement of learning to continue and love for school to remain! I want my kids to wonder at night what adventures school will bring the next day. With your help, I can always leave my kiddos wanting more.
