Stools, floor pillows, scoop chairs, wiggle disks, and lap desks will all provide my students with flexibility in their school day. It will allow students to choose the best seating option for their learning. This is another step in these children becoming the agent of their own learning. In addition, these options will help students in developing responsible study habits by helping them to figure out what environments help them to be most successful. These flexible seating options will help to foster a warm, inviting, home-like space for students to enter each day where they can feel comfortable to learn.

About my class
