With Chromebooks, my students will be able to dig deeper into New Mexico History. They can find information in their textbooks, but being able to access the internet and get up-to-date information makes learning NM History even more interesting. Chromebooks in the classroom will help bring NM History to life! One particular project that we are doing this year, and will do again next year, is creating a newspaper about the Impact of the Railroad or The Lincoln County War. Students will need to use Chromebooks to search for information on the topic they chose. Eventually, I would like to get a class set of Chromebooks. Getting these Chromebooks will be a good start to getting my class searching the internet and creating projects with the help of technology.
