Teaching electricity to elementary students is always a challenge. It is a very hard concept to grasp. Children need to "see" it. I have very few hands-on materials for teaching electricity concepts. I believe Snap Circuits will give my students a greater understanding of series and parallel circuits. This donation of Snap Circuits will be such a great way for my students to "see" how electricity flows. They will be divided into small groups and will explore the possibilities that Snap Circuits has to offer. I look forward to seeing their faces light up when they finally grasp the concept.
