I have 23 kind, creative students. Just this month, I discovered their love for non fiction reading. During a Social Studies lesson, the students were very engaged in a discussion about the United States presidents. They actively asked questions and gained a really great understanding of how elections and terms work. More recently, we studied the level of pollution in our oceans, and once again, students we so very engaged. I'm asking for a subscription to Time For Kids so my students can have weekly access to non fiction reading and current events. I've had this subscription in the past, and I find that students love the grade level appropriate text and real photography. The students can constantly refer to what they will be reading nd they will be able to make text to world connections. With your donation, you will impact the lives of 23 children, all from different cultures and backgrounds. Thank you in advance.
