Every year, I give all of me to my students in hopes that my classroom in a safe space in a hectic community. I teach at the Oliver Partnership in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The population we serve is is 96% Hispanic and 87% classifies as High Needs. During the 2019-20 school year, my focus is to provide a comfortable and rigorous environment where students can experiment with their multiple intelligences when dealing with a rigorous curriculum. It is important for my students to understand how they learn in order to be life-long learners.
