As part of our fledgling engineering program, our high school students will be introduced to computer science, coding, and electronics. This year we will be introducing coding using MIT's Scratch and Micro:Bit boards to implement electronics into student engineering projects. Students will first learn to code using MIT's Scratch. We then incorporate Micro:Bit boards that will allow students to take their codes and use them to control electronics. This along with our 3D printers will allow our students to really use their creativity and develop some products of the future. For our final phase, we teach our students to market their ideas and become young entrepreneurs.
