I am a Reading Recovery/Title I Reading Teacher. I work with small groups of students in Kindergarten, First Grade, Second Grade, Third Grade, and Fourth Grade. We work on reading and writing strategies. Our goal is to get our students to the average or above average level of their classroom. We celebrate when we graduate from reading and return to the regular classroom without any extra assistance because our students have learned a self-extending system in reading and writing!
