On to the next competition, our team needs to purchase 25 cubes to go onto the next competition! They are about $15 a piece. Four ACA students co-competed with Highland Renaissance in Deer Valley District in the 2017 Annual State Rubiks Cube Competition. The team finished 5th in the first round out of 22 heats; six of the top teams went on to Round 2. The team solved 25 cubes in 3.03 seconds in round 1, qualifying them for Round 2. The students also competed in the solo competition. Round 2 they solved the 25 cubes in 2.59 seconds, placing them third in the competition overall in Division 2 (middle school). This is the first time ACA has competed in the competition. They showed great teamwork with Mrs. Potts team from Highland Renaissance. The team needs to purchase 25 team cubes to go onto the next competition!
