Students come into the classroom without the needed classroom supplies daily. In this low socio-economic area, students cannot supply themselves with the typical classroom items, like pencils for writing, markers for projects, or even crayons for coloring. I want to create a learning atmosphere, where materials like pens/pencils, paper, markers, are readily available for their use in learning activities. I do not want their learning stifled because they cannot purchase the needed supplies to showcase their learning. I want them engaged, not worrying about how they are going to get the school materials needed. Their learning should be worry free for optimal results.
