Maker Spaces are a wonderful outlet for students to express their creativity while introducing them to engineering, science, critical thinking, and a world of exploration. Having a Maker Space in my classroom would give my students daily exposure to the above skills that are so crucial to the learning process as well as to create a fun and enjoyable learning environment for my students. These supplies can help to unleash my students’ inner scholar in a fun and creative way. This form of hands on learning is immeasurable to a child. Having the opportunity and supplies to create freely will help to develop confident and creative learners.
