Science, Technology, Engineering and Math are all areas in which we must continue to provide engaging educational opportunities and experiences for students. Students need these experiences and opportunities today in order to be prepared for the jobs of tomorrow. This 3D printer will open student's minds to new ideas and possibilities beyond what we can show them in a book or on a screen. The whole process of 3D printing is a powerful thing. Students move from being consumers of content, to becoming producers of it. The journey of taking an idea, developing it, and then actually creating something that is tangible is highly motivating. These are the types of experiences that mold students into what they eventually want to become. These are the experiences that ignite passion in students to dream about what the future holds for them.

About my class
