We would love to have tables for our classroom. My students need a cooperative environment to learn and grow. These tables will allow me to foster collaboration and help engage my students. Tables are a more effective set up for center based learning, especially during math and literacy centers. With these tables, my students will be able to work cooperatively on hands-on, authentic learning experiences. This will be especially impactful for my English Language Learners. I chose these tables to match the heights of the flexible seating tools that we currently use (stools, wobble chairs, yoga balls, etc). Flexible seating will allow my students to be responsible for their learning and make choices that work best for them.
