My class is currently working on their book reports. Students were required to choose a Newbery Medal book and their choices so far have been phenomenal! So many great books are being read, I cannot wait to read their reports! For the creative portion of the book report, I want the students to mold out of clay their favorite character. I want students imagination to come alive. I want to see what they see in their heads and really get a feel of who their favorite characters are. This a great way to have fun and try something different. I know my students would really enjoy it.
