The requested iPads will enable students within my leadership classes to utilize technology when creating events on campus, during learning sessions regarding "Social Emotional Learning," and when focusing on our CADA Leadership standards (communication, personal and social responsibilities, government, service learning, and business). Unfortunately, my 7th and 8th grade students do not have access to technology within my classroom, and often times must huddle around one another's cell phones when asked to use technology for an assignment. I would love to be able to show my students how to appropriately use technology within the classroom setting, teach them skills to use throughout their high school and college careers, and let them explore the areas of our "Leadership" standards.

About my class
