Our marching bass drums are over 20 years old. Most schools replace drums every 7 years. As you can tell, ours are over due. Our number 3 bass drum is in such bad shape that it can no longer be used. Last year, the carrying rods pulled through the shell of the drum and broke all the wood around it. This drum can not be repaired so it is now a parts drum. This took our marching bass line from 5 down to 4, which in turn means we lose a member of our band. Thanks for your consideration.
